1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of ImportExport-TR, including product information, sourcing requests, supplier registration, quotation workflows and related communications. By using the Platform, you accept these Terms.

The Platform is intended for business and professional users. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.

2. Platform Role

ImportExport-TR supports structured trade communication between potential buyers and suppliers. It may facilitate sourcing requests, supplier participation, quotation comparison and operational follow-through.

Unless separately agreed in writing, ImportExport-TR is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, exporter, importer, carrier, insurer, escrow provider or contracting party to a transaction between users. We do not guarantee a response to a request, supplier suitability or completion of a transaction.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, current and lawful information. Buyers are responsible for their requirements, quantities, specifications and destination information. Suppliers are responsible for their company, product, pricing, delivery, certification and capability information.

Each user remains responsible for its own due diligence, commercial decisions, contractual negotiations, regulatory compliance, taxes, payments, shipping arrangements and import/export obligations.

4. Requests, Quotations and Transactions

Product information, requests and quotations are provided for commercial discussion and evaluation. They do not by themselves create a binding purchase contract.

Any binding transaction must be confirmed separately in writing by the relevant parties, including agreed pricing, specifications, quantity, payment, delivery, inspection and liability.

5. Compliance and Prohibited Use

Users must comply with applicable laws, including trade controls, sanctions, anti-bribery, customs, product-safety and data-protection requirements.

Users must not submit false requests or quotations, misrepresent identity or authority, infringe third-party rights, interfere with Platform security or use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent or anti-competitive activity.

6. Information and Intellectual Property

Users remain responsible for information and documents they submit. By submitting content, users confirm that they have the right to share it and grant ImportExport-TR a limited right to process and display it solely to operate the Platform and related workflows.

The ImportExport-TR name, website design and Platform materials may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

7. Availability and Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep the Platform available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the completeness of information supplied by users or third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, ImportExport-TR is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, failed negotiations, product quality, payment disputes, delivery delays or obligations arising from agreements between users.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms or modify Platform features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance or protection of the Platform and its users. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of London, UK, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
